Request to build a family <br />room addition 131 from existing garage and 35' from rear lot Iine. <br />Reguest is in violation of Ordinance #62-33, Section I151.04., a <br />detached garage must be a minimum of 201 from dwelling and Section <br />1163.0I which reatuires a 501 rear yard. <br />Present: Mr. Sagues <br />Mr. Sagues stated that additional space was badly needed b3r his family and that <br />the proposed addition would so7_ve their problems. Neighbors are in agreement. <br />Mr. Roberts moved to grant a 71' variance on distance between garage and house and <br />a 151 rear yard variance9 seconded by Mrs. Eian anc1 passed. <br />&. Appellant: Donald E. Long, 5646 Revere Drive. Recuest to erect a fence on <br />a corner lot. <br />Request is in viola.tion of Ordinance #62-33, Section II51.04, a <br />fence may not extend nearer the street Iine than the building Iine <br />on a cozner Iot. <br />Present: Mr. Long, Mr. Dorris <br />Mr. Long stated that they intend to instalT a swimming pool in the near future <br />and that with playground equipment, etc., a fence is necessary. Mr. Dorris stated <br />that the neighbors are in agreement i-rith Mr. Long's proposal and that he wished <br />to urge that the variaxice be granted. Mrs. Eian moved to grant variance of 1-P <br />for a 4811 height chain Iink fence to enclose an area L,421 X 59' imunediately to <br />rear of home; seconded by Mr. Nelson and passed. <br />9. Appellant: Joseph L.ynch, 23443 Stoneybrook Drive. Request to build an <br />addition at rear of house. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance #62-33, Section 1163.01 <br />wllich requires a 501 rear yard.
