Mr. &Mrs, Passant,. irnmed.iate neighbors, cbjected <br />to the signs. Mr. Byers moved that the variance be cZenieci; seconded by Mrs. <br />Eian and passed. <br />5. Appellant: Le-vris E. Selecly9 Jr., 23157 Summerland. Request to build a <br />51 X 151 additioiz to k;tchen. <br />Request is in viola.tion of Ordinance #62-332 Sec'uion 1151.04, <br />a detached garage must be a ininimLUn of 20' from dwelling. <br />Present: Mr. Selecky <br />Mr. Selecky stated that he wished to improve and enlarge the kitchen_ and tha.t <br />addition will in no way effect the present dista.nce from house to garage. His <br />neignbors have no objections. Mr. Nelson moved to gra.nt the variar_ce9 seconded <br />by Mr. Byers and passed.. <br />6. Apnellant: PaUl Rumbaugh, 25687 But-cernut Ridge Road. Request to erect a <br />carport along side of existing single car attached garage. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance #62-33, Section 1161.0I, <br />the sum of the two sides shall be not less than 151 wi.th the <br />minitntam width of one side not less than 51. <br />Present: Mr. Rumbaugh <br />Mr. Rumbaugh sta.ted that they need space for their second car and that he had <br />talked to neighbors on both siaes aj' his house (Toths and Schultzes) and tha.t <br />they ha.ve no objection. The Board of Building Code Appeals <br />has granted permission for mov?ng of house on condition that <br />an 81 101, var. iance be grantec%. <br />Request is in vi.olation of Ordinance #62-33., Section zz63.01Y <br />a 501 rear yard is recuiredo <br />Present: Mr. Bellan, Mr. Ma1in., A4r. McEhtee <br />Mr. Bellan erplained that house was an L-sraped raneh of frame construction. <br />Mr. McEntee, oi,rner of house next door, sta.ted that he haa no obj ection.
