Req_uest to build a two <br />car atta.ched garage 3" from the lot line. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance n 62-339 Section 1161.01, <br />the sum of the two sides shall be not less tha.n. 151 with the <br />minimum width of one side not less than 51. <br />Present: Mr. Ferrara, Mrs. Reznicek <br />Mrs. Reznicek questioned Mr. Ferrara a.s to d.istance from garage to'her house <br />and asked whether or not garage would be fireproof. It was explained that the <br />code requires this. She stated that she had no objection. There is no other <br />feasible location for a garage on property. Mr. Roberts moved that a 21 <br />variance be granted; seconded by Mrs. Eian and passed. <br />12. Appellant: David Margolius. Reajuest to place a tempo-rary directional <br />sign at the Northeast corner of the intersection of <br />Brookpark & Golumbia Roads. <br />Request is in violation of Ordin.ance #62-33, Section 1225.01. <br />Present: Mr. Margolius, Mr. Zeman, Mr. and Mrso Rosicky, Mrs. Hart, Mrs. <br />Hinkley9 Mrs. Zuranchik <br />Mr. Margolius explained that Sign is same Sign previouSly used by Hennie Homeso <br />It has been rena.inted to direct persons to Jamestown Qilxage. It consists of <br />two directional arrows and is Tit up from 8s00 to 11:00 ea.ch night. Neighbors <br />questioned whether or not sign could be chasiged an.d complained abont driaeway <br />entrance into Jamestown Village. It was pointed out that the Zoning Board was <br />ruling only on permi.t to use sign. Neighbors agreed that sign itself is not <br />objectionable. NIr. Kosieky objec•ted on basis of safety factor involved in a <br />high speod area. Mr. Nelsoiz moved that a. variance be granted under the condition <br />that Safety Director check to ma.ke sure that •sign does not constittzte a traffic <br />hazard from Columbia or Brookpark Roads, sam.e size and same lighting as it is <br />at present and for a duration of one year. Sign ?nust be kept in good repair <br />and sign area must be kept mowed; seconded 1:3r Mr. Roberts and passed. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:40 P.M. <br />William J.
