Fence would be a. vertical cedar boa.rd va-riety with a maximum height <br />oF 61 ancl a minimum height of 41. She stated that she hacl talked to neighbors and <br />they have no objeetion. Mr. FeZson moved to grant a variance of 2' for 291 of <br />fence and a variance of Ii for 241 of fence. Mr. Roberts Seconded the motion. <br />Motion passed. <br />8. Appellant: Paul Suhm, 23282 07-msted Drive, Rea,ues't to erect a two car <br />detached garage lOtt too close to the pronert3T line. A IO" <br />variemce is requested. <br />Request is in violation of Orainance #62-3.3, Section 1I5I.04, <br />a garage shall be a minimum of 51 from any property line. <br />Mr. Lq.thm was not present but a review of his application showecl that contractors <br />had put a cement base in for his garage 10" too close to the property line. ThiS <br />zqas an error on their part but could create a hardship for the homeowner if a <br />variance w-as not granted. Letters were received from Mssrs. Clark, Sterling and <br />CarltOn stating that they had no objection.
