Byers an.d unanimous].y passed, <br />req_uesting Secretary to write the Lasv Director and Planning Commission <br />requesting them to meet vrith the Zoni.ng Board at a Special Ivieeting to <br />be held February 15a1g67 at 8 P.M. The follos,ring subjects to be dis- <br />cussed: <br />1. Interpretation of Buffer Strip and use of land. <br />2. History of Buffer Strip, <br />3. Zdhy Road on Buffer Strip. <br />4a lias this originally Buffer bett,reen Residential and Zimited Tndustry. <br />5. Does present use of property remove it from the Section of Ordinance <br />which requires Buffer Strip in mixed use district. <br />6. Is garage accessory building or part of Residential use or non- <br />residential. <br />At this time Fir. F'ranklin of Franklin Realty appeared before the Board <br />and presented P1Ir. Arthur polan of 3025 West 100th St., Cleveland, Ohio., <br />proposed new owner of home to be bui1t on Sublot 35 Brendan Zane, for <br />which rir. Franltlin is requesting a re-hearing.
