Board of Zoning Appeals, Jan. 4, 1967 <br />Page 6. <br />There was a good bit of discussion of this irregular shaped lot on a cul de <br />sac. Mr. Scheeff observed that if the house were turned or a difierent <br />plan were used, no variance would be needed. Mr. Fuzzitiello gave this <br />? some thought. Mr. Scheeff made a motion to deny the request for variance. <br />Second by Mr. I'delson. Vote was unanirnous. <br />Mr. Greene read a letter from Franklin Brothers Realty Company requesting <br />reconsideration of their appeal for variance on s/1 35 Brendan Lane which <br />was denied the previous month. The Board decided there was no hardship <br />involved in the case and the safety factors regarding school children <br />still remained. The Secretary wuS instructed to write.a letter to Franklin <br />BroLhers Realty Company informing them of this fact and that previous ac- <br />tions by this Board are not necessarily a precedent in other subsequent <br />cases. Therefore after reconsideration this Board is of the general opin- <br />ion that the denial stands as approved. <br />The Chairman announced that nominations were in order for Chairman of <br />the Board for the current year. Mrs. Eian nominated Mr. Greene. Mr. Greene <br />nominated Mr. Byers. Mr. Scheeff made a motion to close the n.ominations. <br />The vote was unanimous for Mr. Greene for Chairman, who abstained from <br />voting. Upon due nomination, Mr. Tdelson was unaniraously elected Vice- <br />Chairma.n. <br />Meeting ad journed a.t 12:15 A.M. <br />Vdilliam J.
