Board of Zoning Appeals, Jan. 4, 1967 <br />Page 5. <br />Mro Harrison and Mr. Zauner, adjacent neighbors concerned here, appeared and <br />requested the Board to grant the variances so the house could be builto The <br />Board determined that 15' variance in the front and 17.5' variance in the <br />rear would be needed, Mr. Scheeif made a motion to grant these variances. <br />is Second by Mrs. Eianm Passed unanimously.. <br />12. kppellant: Hennie Homes, Inc., 4402 W. 215th St., Fairview Park, Ohio. <br />Request for variance (1133.13) t:o build a house on s/1 66 <br />4185 Danberry Drive, North Olmsted, with a rear yard set- <br />back of less than 50 feet as required by Section 1163.01. <br />Mrs. Lohmann and Mrs. Taseff, neighbors on eitherside of proposed house, <br />appeared and requested that Hennie Homes be granten a variance to go ahead. <br />The Board decided 16.5' variance was required. Mr. Nelson made a motion to <br />grant this variance. Second by Mrm 5yers. Unanimously passed. <br />13. Appellant: Hennie Homes9 Inca, 4402 W. 215th St., Fairview Park, Ghio. <br />Request for variance to build a house on s/1 93 4315 <br />Bentley Drive, Plorth Olmsted, with a rear yard setback <br />of less than 50 feet as required by Section 1163.01a <br />Mrs. Eian mentioned the future patio problem if this rear yard variance is <br />granted. After some discussion Mr. iNelaon made a motion to grant a rear <br />yard variance of 8.5°• SECOnd by Mr. Scheeff. Vote was unanimous. <br />14. Appellant: Hennie Homes, Inc., 4402 W. 215th St., Fairview Park, Ohio <br />Request for variance (1133.13) to build a house on s/1 69 23720 Curtis <br />Drive, North Olmsted, with a rear yard setback of less <br />than 50 feet as required by Section 1163001. <br />The Board determined the variance needed here was 15.5 feet. Mr. Scheeff <br />made a motion to grant same. Second by I42rso Lian. Carried. <br />15. Appellant: Hennie homes, Inc., 4402 W. 215th St., Fairview Park, Ghio <br />Request for variance (1133.13) tc build a house on <br />s/1 12 3477 Tree Lane, North Clmsted, with a rear <br />yard setback of less than 50 feet as required by <br />Section 1163.01. <br />There vrere several neighbors present from Tree Lane. They asked Mr. Moss <br />and Mr. Puzzitiello about the type of house planned for this lot. Upon <br />hearing that it was the same house most of them had, they began question- <br />ing the appellant about swale and nrading plans. Mr. Gundy commented that <br />swale and drainage were adequately taken c?re of by Hennie Homes. Pirs. <br />Eian made a motion to grant 15 feet variance with the provision that <br />Hennie Homes meet the grading of the adjacent houses on this new building. <br />Second by Mr. Nelson. Unanimously passed. <br />16. Appellant: Hennie Hornes, Inc., 4402 W. 215th St,, rairview Park, Ohio. <br />Request for variance to build a house on s/1 16 3446 <br />Tree Lane, North Olmsted, with less than 25 feet set- <br />back from side of street in violation of #62-33, Sec- <br />tion 1159002. (Corner lot on cul de sac)
