Bruce Kitchen, Law Director; Sally Henkle, Secretary. <br />II. Reading and Correction of Minutes <br />Mre Musial moved to dispense.with_the.reading af.the minutes of 4/23/68 and <br />to approve as writteno Mre Eabek seconded the motiono Ayes: Scheeff, <br />Byers, Fabek9 Musial, Esgar. <br />III. Old Business ... <br />(a) Regional Planning Commission.Report - No reporte <br />IV.. New Developments and Subdiv.isions _ <br />(a) Dufala Subdivisio.n -.,.Mrm. Du.fal.a:.ap.peared regarding a 160' lot on <br />Ranchview Avenueo He,wants to.build_on..the.one side of the lot and <br />hopes.in the_future to subdivide.and..build on the_other 80'e Mr. Dutton <br />explained-.that since he does not wish to subdivide now, he should contact <br />the Building Departmen.t,for a p,ermit. <br />(b) Fischer Subdivision - iMrAEischer..pres.ented plans for subdivision of a <br />parcel.located on Kennedy:Ridge,_Roade It was brought out that this would <br />actually be a re-sub_d.i..u.i.sion of a s.ubdivisiono Mro Dutton pointed out <br />that addi.tional information_would be necessary before any decision could <br />be madee Mre Esgar moved that the Fischer Subdivision be placed in <br />committee; seconded by Mro Byers. Ayes: Scheeff9 Byers, Fabek, Musial, <br />Esgaro Mre Esgar will head the.committee and work with Mro Duttono <br />(c) Great Northern Development - Mr. Zaremba appeared representing Carl Milstein. <br />Preliminary plans were presented for three 12 story buildings containing <br />a total of 357 suites each. It was noted that the plans do not meet <br />the ordinance in regards to the parking requirement and that they could <br />not be acceptedo <br />(d) Limpert Subdivision - Mre Wil1 Limpert appeared and presented plans for <br />the subdivision of a parcel located on Dover Center Road. He was <br />granted a variance on width of the lots by the Board of Zoning Appealso <br />Mr. Esgar moved that the Limpert Subdivision be placed in committee; <br />seconded by Mro Fabeko Ayes: Scheeff, Byers, Fabek, Musial, Esgar. <br />Mr. Musial will head the committeem The secretary was instructed to <br />provide a copy of the Zoning Board minutes re: variance granted, <br />V. Communications <br />(a) Real Property Inventory Reports.- Retail stores by type, Non-retail <br />business establishments, telephone subscribers, shopping centers.
