Mre Esgar moved to recommend to G.ouncil that Ordinance 68-68 Ue enaeted, that the PYanning Commissio.n._had studied this rezoning in.detail and camp to the conc]_usian that this was a reasonable use of the land and that th.ey still believe that this is the best use for the land.
