He explained tha.t the city wants an 80' dedicated road <br />and that he and Mro Dibenedetto are willing to install such a road at <br />their own expexnse but would want some of the lax?d that is presently zon.ed <br />xesider-tia1 changed to gene?-al commercial in order to regain some of their <br />investment.
