It was suggested that the layout be revised to show the actual outline of the land to be rezoned and the zoning of the adjacent land. Mr. Leonard made a motion to lceep this in committee. V Committee Reports (a) None - Mr. Byers absent. VT New Business (a) Coliambia Land - The developer request that Lamont Boulevard, whi.ch now ends in a cul-de-sac and is part of Columbia Land Suhdi.vi_Si.on #;, be v,acated. Mr. Leonard made a motion that this pro- posal be put into committee. Seconded by Mr. Richards. Com- mittee would be Mr. Richards and Mr. Esgar. VII Mr. Leonard requested a letter be sent to the Chairman of the Design and Planning Committee of Council. He felt either the Chairman or a member of this committee should attend the Ylanning Commission meetings.
