Request for?__yariance-to erect a house at 5796 Revere <br />Drive with an insufficient rear yara. <br />Reguest is in violation of Ordinance #62-33, Section 1163.01 which <br />requires a 501 rear yard. <br />Present: Mr. Mongello (representing Mr. Bauer), Mr. Jelenich <br />Mr. Mongello presented plans for a two story colonial house and explained that a 4P <br />variance would be necessary. Air. Jelenich questioned location of house' etc. He stated <br />that he had no objection. Mr;==Forcellini moved to grant a 421 variance., seconded by <br />Mr. Greene and unanimously passed. <br />Since a quortm cou].d not be present on May I' 196$ for the regularly scheduled meeting, <br />it was decided.that the Board of Zoning Appeals would mee't instead on Monday May 6, 1968 <br />at 7:30 P.M. <br />The meet3.ng was adjourned at 10:20 P.M. <br />Richa,rd.
