Pulito, <br />Mr, and Mrs. Kitson <br />Mr. Halleen stated that the building is set back 1001. There is 4501 frontage and - <br />the parking Iot doesnot come up to the sidewalk. There is a_grassed area between sidewa.Tk <br />and Iota 120 cars would be shown in the a,rea. He doesn1t feel.that cars can be displayed <br />501 back. Archetects are presently working on"plans and_the new building should be <br />completed by Atagust. He is requesting six months to insure against any pos-sible delays. <br />Soft flood Zights would be used as illum.inating - no vtringer lights. Mr. Biadas, Mro <br />I'ulito and Mr. and Mrs. Kitson stated that they have no objections. It was also <br />pointed out that the present building is being fuIIy utilized in the plans and that it <br />wilZ contain offices. The service facilities Frill be constructed first. Mr. Iialleen <br />has two ather Ford dvaIerships at presPnt. Since Board members Fr3_shed to see complete <br />plans, Mr. Robert9 moved to conti.riue both cases,to the nPxt meeting; seconded by Mrs. <br />Eian and passed. <br />10. Appellant: Itimberl.y Development. Request for variance for house lacated on <br />S/L 199 PIantucket Dxive that wa.a mistaken]:y built 5" too close to <br />front property line. <br />Reque;t-is in violation of Ordinance #62-33, Section 1159.01 which <br />rPGUires a mini*num setback of 501. <br />Present: Mr. Mongello <br />Mr, MongeZlo explained that house is built on the curved section of Nantucket and <br />that the mistake ti*q.s discovered aftEr.the house was complete. Mr. Greene moved to gran't <br />a variance of 5"; secondecl by Mr. Roberts and passedo <br />lla Appellant; Hennie Homes. Recuest for varia.nce to build a._house on S/L 187 Darby <br />La.ne 4.101 tvo close to the sideline. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance #62-33' Section 1159.02, a house <br />bu3.7.t on a corner lot sha11 be a mini%um of 25' from the vtreet upon tiThich <br />the side of the house faces. <br />Presentc Richard Puzzitello, Mr. Godlpy, Mr. Woidke <br />Mr. Puzz3tello expZained that the lot is irregular in size and shaAeand that a variance <br />was requP,stFd to promote the uniform appearance and esthetic quality of thedevelopment. <br />Mr. God1ey and Ntr. Woidke stated that they ha.ve no objeetions. Mr. Greene moved to grant <br />a 4a101 variace; seconded by A4r. Forcellini and passed, <br />12. Appellant: Harry W. Hird9 28647 Holly Drivee Request to erect a screened porch <br />on rear of house. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance #62-331, Section 1163.01 which <br />requires a 501 rear yart7. <br />Present: Mr. Hird <br />Mr. Hird stated that he has talked to his neighbors and that theg have no objections. <br />There are ather similar structures in the area. A 121variance is requested. Mr. <br />GreenP moved to grant m eariance of I21; seconded by Mrso Eian and passed, <br />13. Appellant: Robeels RewtauraMt, 26804 Lorain Road. Renuest for variance to erect <br />a sign in excess of the perfnitted sauare footage. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance #62-33, Section I225.02.
