Reruest to erect a 61 <br />fence along rear• lot line. -- <br />Recuest is in violation of Ordinance -#62-33' Section I151.049 fence <br />not to exceed 41 in height. <br />Present: ?•Zr. McDonald <br />Board members indicated thu.t _they had inspectea the property in oyuestion and that <br />there was constructian goirg on at the house to the r.ear of Nir. McDonal:d's lot. They <br />said that they had seen.worse situations but that there was building going on and the <br />materials, tools, etc. visiUle. Mr. McDonald stated tla.t the fence would i=nprove his <br />property and that his neighbors don°t object. He definitely objects to the view. He <br />stated that he would bd willing to erect just a 60' fence instead of one that wouu]'..d <br />extend the entire aistance of the Iot. tjr. Greene moved to grant a 1" vexiance for <br />60+ of fence; seconded by Mr;,RQberts and passed. <br />4. Appellant: Vic-tor E. Botvman., 4.580 Andorra DrivE. Continuation of request to <br />erect a 61 basket-oreave fence along a portion of both sides of the <br />property. - <br />Recauest is in violation of Ordinc.nce P62-33, Section zzSi,Ol,., ience <br />not to exceed 4e in height. <br />Present: Mr. Botonan, Mr. Linden• <br />Mr. Botoma.n explained that the fence would be graduated in height with 16' of be fence <br />on eac11 sic7.e, 8' of 5' fence on eacll side and the reat 41 in height. He wants to <br />provide privacy for his pool and also pointed out that their dog barks when she sees <br />anyone end that the fence wou7.d screen her vie-w. Mrs. Eian moved to gra.nt a 21 variance <br />for.l61 and a 11 variance for 81 for each side of the propertyfor a basketweave fence; <br />seconded by Mr. Forcellini a..nd passed. <br />5, knpellan.t: Burton Friedlander, 29145 Lorain Road. Continuation of request to <br />erect a storage shed attaclied to rewr of building. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinznce 7#62-33, Section I174,06 which <br />reauires a 501 xear yard i£ any part of the rear line is adjacent to <br />a residential district. <br />Presente Mr. I'riedlander, Mrs. Young, Mr. Drellishak <br />Board menbers sta.ted that they ha.d inspected the property in question a.nd felt that <br />the storage shed would be a definite improvement. They ielt that the building would_ <br />Iook much better than what' s there now. Mrs. YQUng compla.i.ned of debris blowin.g into <br />her yarct, ete. Mr. Nelson stated that he felt the new addition would be a definite <br />adv2,ntage to Pflrs. Young. Mr. Friedl.a.ncler expZained that the shed would hold pop <br />bottles, shells, milk crates, etc, and that everything wt3uld 1oe encloBed includ.ing <br />the rubbish containers. The fact that a.n interwoven fence was supposed to have been <br />installed was brought up. Mr. Friedlander atated that they would do this. Mr. <br />Forcellini moved to grant the variance for the building with the stipulation that <br />an interwoven fence be inatalled; seconded by Mrs. Eian anc7 passed.
