He wants to <br />provide privacy for his pool and also pointed out that their dog barks when she sees <br />anyone end that the fence wou7.d screen her vie-w. Continuation of request to <br />erect a storage shed attaclied to rewr of building. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinznce 7#62-33, Section I174,06 which <br />reauires a 501 xear yard i£ any part of the rear line is adjacent to <br />a residential district. <br />Presente Mr. I'riedlander, Mrs. Young, Mr. Drellishak <br />Board menbers sta.ted that they ha.d inspected the property in question a.nd felt that <br />the storage shed would be a definite improvement. They ielt that the building would_ <br />Iook much better than what' s there now. Mrs. YQUng compla.i.ned of debris blowin.g into <br />her yarct, ete. Mr. Nelson stated that he felt the new addition would be a definite <br />adv2,ntage to Pflrs. Young. Mr. Friedl.a.ncler expZained that the shed would hold pop <br />bottles, shells, milk crates, etc, and that everything wt3uld 1oe encloBed includ.ing <br />the rubbish containers. The fact that a.n interwoven fence was supposed to have been <br />installed was brought up. Mr. Friedlander atated that they would do this. Mr. <br />Forcellini moved to grant the variance for the building with the stipulation that <br />an interwoven fence be inatalled; seconded by Mrs. Eian anc7 passed.
