Joseph Nieberaing - Deviation from original pIot pla.n for which an <br />81 re?.r ya.rd variance was gran ted on &/7/68 to erect a dwelling on <br />SA 4 I-Toodview I?rive. Variatior is on side lines but, disteances are <br />within those required by the code. <br />Present: Mr. Nieberding, Mr. Rinyu <br />Mr. Gunc7.y explained that this was merely a technical thing and that there were no <br />additional gariances required. Mr. Greeiie moved to approve the deviation from the <br />original plot plan; seconded by Mrs. Eiaa1 axid passed. <br />7. appellant: John A. Dare' 6003 Stearns Road. Realuest to erect a detached garage <br />151 from dwelling. <br />Request is in violation of Ordina.nce ,?-,162-331 SECtion 1151.04 which <br />reouires that a detached garage be so located that no pa.rt of same <br />shall be k•itnin 201 of any dwell3ngo <br />presnat: P•ir. and Mrs. Da.re <br />Mr. and Mrs. Dare explained that the additional cc3ment reruired to set the garage <br />back 201 would be an extra $300 which they can nat aaford at the present time. There <br />is no space problem. It could easily be moved back the requirea distance. The 13aard <br />explained that there ca.n be no variance granted when the haraship is strictly econonic. <br />Mr. ForceZlini moved to deny the variance .for lack of hlydship; seconded by Mr. Greene <br />a.nd passed. <br />g, Appell.ant: Mrs. El.ler, 24782 Doe Drive. Request for variance to erect a garage <br />21 too close to the side lot Iine. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance #62-33, Section 1151.04 which <br />requireN that a detached garage be P. m3nimum oi 51 from any property <br />line, <br />Present: Mrs._Eller, Mr, Hebebrand <br />Mr. Hebebrand, contractor hired to build the gara.ge, explained that there is a. swcqIe <br />at the rear of the lot a.nd that the ground s].opes down to it. Due to the present <br />sidelines of driveway to house and Iocation of patio, a 21 sideline variance is beir_g <br />reauested. Mrsv Eller stated that others iM the same neighborhood had had the same <br />situation and had receiged varia.nees. She mentioned Mr. Finnegan who had recently <br />appeared before the Board. Mr. Roberts moved to grant a variance of 21 because of <br />swale; seconded by Mr. Forcellini ?.nd passed. <br />9. Appellant: George Turner. Request to erect a dwelling at 6023 Decker Fwad with <br />a 461 rear yaxd. <br />Request is in violation of Ordinance ?'-62-33, Seetion I163.0I which <br />requires a 50' reax yard. <br />Present: Mrs. Turner <br />Mrs. Turner e-plained -that her husband is building the home for lArs. Teubel, owner of <br />the 1.ot. She mra.nts a house of° the size pl.anned. There are no immediate a,djacent <br />homes ir_ the area., Mr. Greene moved to grp-nt a 41 rear ya.rd variance; seconded by Mrs. <br />Eian and Dassed.
