Roll CaII <br />The meeting was called to oru.er at 8:00 P.M. by Chairman Jack Esgar. -1'hose <br />present were MSSrs. Jack Esgar., Kurt Richa.rds' Edwa.rd Byers, James t,eonard, <br />Donnld Ledvina, Thomas Fabek. AbSent: R.ichard Nelson. Mr. Leonard moved <br />t,o excuse Mr. Nelson's absence; seconded by Nir. R.ichards and unanimously <br />passed. Also present: J. Bruce Kitchen, Law Director; Mike KarhAn, ActiFig <br />Citg Engirseer; James Prokasy, Councilma.n; SaIIy Henkle, Secretary. <br />II. Reading and Correction of 1•11inutes <br />Mr. Richards :noved to dispense witri the reading of tkte minutes of 6/24/69 <br />and to approve as writtene Mr. Byers seconded the motion. IIna,nimously passed. <br />IIIe 01d Business <br />Mr, Esgar announced that the developer of the S. D. C. S.ibdivision had <br />requested a post-Fonement an.d that this proposal along with the vacation of <br />Northern tiiould be d.iscussed at the next meeti.ng. <br />(a) Suttrniller F.ezoni_nE Re ue8t - Mr. Esgar explained that t-ir. Suttmillerls <br />rec;uest for rezoning involved 1571 frontage on new relocated Collunbia <br />Road wliich would be adjacent to mixed multi-fa.mily zoning if the <br />proposed rezoniMg is passed. However, if tlae new zone map is not <br />adopted, the requested_ rezoning would be isolated. He suggested that <br />Mr. Suttm-iller wait and see how the proposed rezoning goes so tlnat he <br />wi11 knok if the area adjacent ia t,o be used for mixed nulti-family. <br />Mre S.ittmi.ller stated that he hopes to build garden type apart:nents <br />there and that he wiIl wait until the zoning is resolved and then submit <br />final pla,ns. <br />IV. New Developnents and Subdiv3.sions - rTone <br />V. Communications <br />(a) Building DePartzient Report <br />(b) Notice of Commerciril Plans - Ca.ncellation on Princetown Apartments <br />(c) Letter from Varady Realty regarding $300 fee that should be returned - <br />Mr. Esgar stated tha.t he has talked ta Mr. Karhan and tha.t the <br />Finance Department has been notified. <br />(d) Letter from Olmsted VToocls Homeowners Asaociation asking that their <br />existance be noted. <br />VI.
