(b) Ordinance 69-I20 - T4r. Esgar pointed out that Planning Corniission previously approved this ordinance but that on page 2- Section 1159.01 (B) 25' kias been changed to 201. Mr. Richards moved to notify Council that Ylanning Commission eoncurs with Council on Ordina,nce 69-120 as amended. Mr. Fabek seeonded the , motion. Unanimously passed. (c) Ordina.nce 69-129, - Discussion was held regarding propoaed Urdina.nce 6y-129. '4r. Prokasy pointed out the various.changes that had been made. The item should • become Item (C) with the lettering system dropped down for the rest of the paragraphs. On Page 5- Section 1213.01 (A) tlle words "group and" should be deleted and the wrd "garden" added before apartnent. Mr. Richards moved to notifv Council that PZartning Conmission concurs with Council on Ordinance 69-131 provided that under Gection 1212.01 existing B not be omitted and that under Section 1223.0I the words "group and" be deleted and."gaxden" added before apartment.
