Carlson presented pla.n.s for a 40' X 281 house to.be buil-t by- Rinyu Construction <br />Co. on a 601 X 1401 lot. He pointed out that there are many similar houses in the area. <br />Discussimn, followed a.nel it was determined that it wa,s possibZe to build a. larger Mouse <br />on the lot in question w5.thout requiring any varia.t3ces whatsoever. Mrs. Eian moved to <br />deny the variance. Mr. Greene seconded the motion.
