f? <br />BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS - 11/3/71 - Page 4 <br />parking for thi5 area would be 1,411; they propose 190409 therefore requiring <br />a variance for 371 parking spaces. Mre Scheef questioned whether anything has <br />been done to a11ow any reduction for storage area. Mr. Gundy quoted Section <br />1212,01 (C) and approved a 10% reduction for storage which would be 226 parking <br />spaces. Mr. Roberts asked what is the traff ic flow pattern with the entrance <br />off of Lorain Rd. Mr. Jackman stated this wi11 be narrowed to one driveway in <br />and one out. There wi11 also be access to the rear buzlings. All trucks wi11 <br />not be able to exit on Lorain Rd. Mr. Roberts thought there would be a safety <br />problem on Lorain Rd.. Mrs Prokasy stated that this proposal has to go to <br />Planning Commission and Council, Mr. Scheef made a motion that the request <br />for variance for 226 cars be granted. It was seconded by Mr. Tubbs and passed <br />with Mr. Roberts & Mrss Eian voting no. <br />12. Hennie Homes, 24695 Arlington Lane- Request for variance (1133.13) to <br />erect a dwelling at 24695 Arlington Lane with a 12.5' side yard. Request <br />is in violation of Ord. #62-33, Section 1159.02, which requires a minimum <br />setback on a corner lot of 25'. <br />Present: Richard & Ray Puzitello. <br />Witnesses were sworn in. P1ans were presented. Mr. Richard Puzitello presented <br />a picture of the proposed home. A discussfon was held. Mrs. Eian moved to <br />grant a 12.5' side yard variance. It was seconded by Mr. Scheef and unanimously <br />passed. <br />13. Hennie Homes - Request to erect dwelling at 28096 Edgepark Blvd. S/L 48 <br />with an 81 rear yard variance (1133.13). Request is in violation of <br />Ord, #62-33, Section 1163.01, tahich requires a 501 rear yard. <br />Present: Richard & Ray Puzitello, William Fox, Ed Menger <br />A11 witnesses were sworn in. A letter from Mr. Roberts, 28967 Edgepark stated <br />that he had no objection. A11 the neighbors were in favor of this proposed <br />dwelling. Mr. Tubbs made a motion to grant an 8' rear yard variance. It was <br />seconded by Mr. Scheef and unanimously passed. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:40 P.M. <br />John Roberts, Chairman <br />Marge Nader, Secretary
