.,- <br />BOARD Or ZONING APPEAI;S -(10/6/71) - P age 4 <br />130 Appellant: Mr. David Kaderbek, 4831 Clague Rdm - Request for subdivision of <br />land to create buildable lot. Request is in violation of Ord. #62-33, Section <br />1157,01 - C district requires 8,700 sq, fte 1ot areao A1so creating violation <br />of Section 1163.01, which requires a 50' rear yard. <br />Present: Mr. Kaderbek, AZr. Ear1 Pes?a, and some adjoining neighbors. <br />A11 witnesses were sworn in. Mr. Kaderbek presented his pl.ans, showing the board that <br />he would like to take 20' off of two lots to give him a 60, loto Mr. Scheef suggested <br />he cut off of one 1ot on1y. Mr. Roberts asked whether anyone wi11 ever want to build <br />on the lot next door. Mr. Kaderbek stated that he wants to keep the 1ot as a rear yard. <br />Mr. Pesta, 23114 Mastick Rd., asked whether there would be any water problem, as his <br />back yard slopes down. Mr. Kaderbek did not think there would be any probleme Mr. <br />Pesta had no objection to the change. Mro Tubbs made a motion to grant a variance to <br />produce a 60, frontage and depth of 172.25' on sublot 237-23-12, also granting a rear <br />yard set baek of 1!= for sublot 237-23-8; this to be approved by the Planning Commission, <br />It was seconded by Mr. Seheef and unanimously granteda <br />i <br />14, Appellant: Mr. James Mino, 4818 Bailey Rd.. - Request for 8' variance to add <br />kitchen to existing dwellinga Request is in violation of Ord, #62-33, Section <br />1151.04 (C) which requi.res a minimum of 201 between dwelling and any detached <br />garage. <br />Present: Mr. James Mino. Mre Mino was sworn in. <br />Mr. Mino presented his plans and stated that since the family has grown, he needs more <br />eating area. Mr. Tubbs asked if there would be any appliances a.n the addition. Mr. <br />Mino said there wouldn't. Mr. Mino said he discussed this iaith his next door neighbor <br />and there didn't seem to be any opposition. Mr. Scheef made a motion to grant a variance. <br />It was seconded by Mr. Tubbs and unanimously passed. <br />The minutes of the last meeting were approved. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:20 P.M. <br />John Roberts, Chairman <br />Marge Nader, Secretary
