Request is in violatian of Orc7inance 7-062-33, Section 1I7/.02 which prohiba.ts the display of inercllandise within the 501 setback area. t resent: Nir. Elliot Mr. Elliot explained tha.t they have been in business at the Parter Raad location far over 50 years and that the3r a..re currently disalaying cars on Pcsrter Raa,d ?within the 501 setback.
