Mr. DiBenedetto submitted a written offer of seven parcels of <br />land totaling 4.49 acres. Mr. DiBenedetto stipulated that he previously <br />gave 1.35 acres more than was necessary and is now asking for credit on <br />this. Mr. Davis asked how many parcels is this property going to be cut <br />into? Mr. Leonard stated that walkways are useless. Mr. Leonard read <br />the Zoning Ordinance, Section 1125.15m Mr. Leonard stated that the <br />developers arrived at 4.46 acres by subterfusion. Mr. Zeonard moved to <br />reject the proposal on the basis that it does not meet the requirements <br />of the 1aw. It was seconded by Mr. Davis and unanimously rejecteda This <br />wi11 be presented at Council. Mr. Waterbury of Blossom Land made his <br />presence known after the discussion. <br />(d) North Olmsted Garden Estates - Mr. Albert Reimer presented plans and a <br />picture for two story apartment buildings to be constructed on 15.24 <br />acres of land on Lorain and Columbia Rd. The actual total of land to <br />be covered by buildings is 42 acres, and the rest is landscaping, <br />parking, recreation area and a service garage. The buildings would have <br />82 one bedroom, 266 two bedroom, and 40 three bedroom units. Mr. Reimer <br />also stated that there would be two entrances so there is no through <br />traffic between the two buildings. Mr. Hodgins asked where the entrance <br />is? She was told there is one on Lorain Rd. and another on Columbia. <br />Mrs. Hodgins also asked the total number of suites? She was told there <br />are 388e Mrs. Hodgins questioned the sewer drainage. She 5tated that <br />she was under the impression that the sewage would eventually end up at <br />the LeBern Station. Mr. Ransbury stated that it would end up at the Dover <br />Lift Stationo Mrs. Hodgins asked if each apartment wi11 have two cars <br />aff iliated with it? Mr. Keeva Kekst, architect, stated that there would <br />be an average of lz cars per unit, Mr. Leonard moved that this be put <br />into committee until the next meeting, and that prints be made available <br />for each member for further study. It was seconded by Mr. Ledvina and <br />unanimously passedm <br />V. New Developments and Subdivisions - none <br />VIa Communications <br />Mr. Ledvina presented a letter of resignation from Mr. Richard Nelson. This <br />is due to increased travel with his company. <br />Mrs. Frances M. Bracy asked that a copy of the minutes be forwarded to Mr. <br />Robert Sawitzke for the month of November and Mr. John OtToole for the month <br />of December. <br />In regard to Ordinance #71-143 - in rezoning on parcel on Kennedy Ridge, are <br />correcting the jog. This goes back to approval on September 14. Mr. Leonard <br />moved to approve Ordinance #71-143; seconded by Mr. Byers and unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Leonard moved to excuse Mr. Brewer; seconded by Mr. Richards and unanimously <br />approved. <br />The Planning Commission has recently received copies of minutes of the October <br />21st and 27th meetings of the Citizens Advisory Committee.
