Mr, Brewer asked what provision has been made for run off retention, as the area Lehind this property i.s rather low and swampy, Mr. Ransbury stated that the Engineering Department wou13 not approve.anything that would drain off onto other propertios, Mra Davis moved to approve the plans; seconded by Mr. Brewer and unani:nously approver.l. Szarkats - P2r, Gilnd3* presented plans, Mr. Szaika was px°esent, He would 1i.ke to change the occupancy of the deli.catessen located at 29691 Lorain Rd.. to a xestaurant, which woul.d seat 80 people, Mro Gundy stated tha+ the buildi.ng is non-conforming. Margolius T architect stated that there will be an additional exit to ti.e i.n with Columbia Road, Nlro Bre-vaer moved to accept the parki.ng layout for Jamestown tiYillage Phase IV atid V combined, It was seconded by Mro Byers, and unanimously approved.
