Mr. Davis stated that if Mr. Gundy would appear at the next <br />meeting, this subject could be discussed, <br />IV. O;.d Business <br />(a.) Olmsted Manor - rave Ra,nsbur.y stated that he contacted treir ofiice <br />an the sec-retary felt th?t th: prcject has been dropped. The <br />secretary was goi.ng to get back to Nir. R.ansbury, but since she didn't, <br />the ttia -11-ter h?is been abandoned. <br />(b) ATorth Olmsted Gasden Estates - i,ir. Reittler was pre8ent. A discussion <br />was held,i-ir. Ledvin:z exp7.?ined the meetir_g betY•Jeen Pla.nning i?.nd <br />Luilding, Zcning,and Development notifying the property owners of the <br />situation, Mr. Richards asked Nir. Reimer if this project is going to <br />move iorward, or are there any major stumbling blocks er f in::ncial <br />problems? Mr. Reimer stated that iunds would be available by iqarch, <br />Pir. Lecr.^rd asked how much time Mr. Reimer has, Mr. Reimer said <br />that he has unti.l Apri1 24 ?nd he has aZready invested $20,000. NIr. <br />Davis moved to approve the project. It :aas sec? r.ded by Mr. Ri.chdrds <br />and the preliminary p1ans ?aere approved with Mr. Leonard vating noa <br />V. New Peve7,opments antl Subdivisions <br />(a ) Saks Rezoning - Da-Te Ransbury presented plans. Mro Saks and Pir. <br />Goldberg were present, requesting rezoning from C Residential to <br />ivIultiple Residence far 7.1 acres west of Clagve N.oad. The two <br />gentlemen propose to add 120 suites in two-story buildf.ngs to the <br />existing Brendan Court Apartments.
