? Zoning Board of Appeals - 2 - <br />ordinance. More discussion and description of sign followed and Mr. Roberts <br />moved to continue the hearing seconded by Mrs. Eians <br />4. Gilmore W. Moyer, 24870 Arlington Lane. Request for variance (1133•13) for <br />a special-permit to erect tool shed in violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1133.09. <br />Presents Mrse Moyere <br />Uditness was administered the oathm Shed was described to be 9 ft. x 10 ft. <br />Location of property is Westview and Lorain with Nagy Upholster.y behind. <br />Lot is 185 ft. deep and 64 ft. wides Shed is to be 60 ft. from houseo There <br />are no objections from neighbors. Mr. Berglund moved to grant variance for <br />spscial permit to erect tool shed appropriately surrounded by Lhrubs, second- <br />ed by Mr. Roberts and passed unanimously. <br />5. Dealers Outlet, Inc., 27105 Lorain Rd. Request for variance (1133.13) Special <br />permission of Board requested as outlined in Ord. 62-33 Section 1213o01. (B) <br />Present: Mr. Scanlon, Mr. Cleary, Mrs. Brown, A. ti+Teiner <br />Witnesses were administered the oatho Ntre Tubbs read letter from Mr. lvfeiner <br />explaining case including lease from Kim restaurant. 12 off street parking <br />spaces near Lucydale are needed. There are complaints of congestion. Con- <br />ferences have been held by Mayor Christman and Safety Director with ilirm Tdeiner. <br />40 cars can be displayed on property; 7 along Lucydale; 3 rows of 4 cars each <br />along back. The side and inside the building are used for repairing. There <br />are 40 places for display outside for sale'and no space for customer parking. <br />Mr. Tubbs read Ord. 62-33 Section 1213.01 (B) Mra Tubbs read Councilman <br />Speedling's letter expressing disapproval of requesto Mr. BErglund moved to <br />continue the cas e so Board can study case and examine nremises. Mr. Roberts <br />seconded the motion and the case is to be continued until. December meeting. <br />6. Clothiers Ltd., 4636 Great Northern Blvde Request for varianc2 (1133.13) <br />Request for sign. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1225.02 (total allotted <br />sq. fta area for signs for store complex has been used.) <br />Board received petition from Olmsted Plaza Shopping Center regarding sign. <br />Request was denied at aept. meeting. <br />Presento Mr. Brenders of Marjak Development and Mr. Schneider from the sign <br />company. <br />Witnesses were administered the oathe Proposed is 18 x 3 facial sign of <br />illuminated plastic, black and white, to be located between Furniture Land <br />and Health Spa and hi11 conform with other area signs. Size of sign is <br />154 sqs ft. over total allotted sign area in shopping center. It was <br />felt this is a hardship case. NIr. Roberts moved to grant variance for a <br />18 ft. x 3 ft. sign, seconded by Mrs. Eian and passed. <br />7. Joseph Jaracz, 28467 Aspen Dr. Request for variance (1133.13)• Request <br />for 3 fte rear yard variance to enable him to build addition to home. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163, which requires a 50 ft. rear yard. <br />Present: Mrso Jaracz <br />Witness was administered the oath. Plan is to build 16 ft. x 16 ft. family <br />room. Lot is 80 ft. x 150 ft. There was discussion of different means of <br />accomplishing addition. A'Irs. Eian moved to grant 3 ft. rear yard varianceo <br />NIr. Berglund seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
