Board of Zoning Appeals June 28s 1972 - Page 4 <br />10, Appellantr Denyse Y. Allen, 5242 Devon I}rivee Request for <br />variance (1133.13 of 2 ft. to erect fence. Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04 limiting height of fence to 4 ft. <br />Present: N1r. Allen and three neighbors to object. Mr. Berglund moved to <br />deny variance. Mrs. Eian seconded and the motion passed. <br />11. Appellant: James W. NTunro, 26816 Driscoll Lane. Request for <br />variance (1133,13). Request to erect 6 ft. fence in viola- <br />tion of Ord. 62-33 Section 17.51a04 limiting height of fence <br />to 4 ft. <br />Present: Mrse Munro. Mrs. Munro described her intention to add to neighbor's <br />6 ft. redwood fence with 2 ft. variance and then requests 1 ft. variance for <br />chain link fence in back. Mrs. Eian moved to grant 1 ft. variance for 80 ft., <br />length of rear nroperty a nd 2 ft. variance to permit continuance of redwood <br />fence to tie existing fence to house. Mr. Berglund seconded the motion a nd <br />motion passed. <br />12. Appellants ZN7illiam T. Carrig, 4056 Fielding Dro Request for <br />variance (1133.13 for s,pecial permit to erect storage shed <br />in rear yard. Request is in violation of Ord. 62-33 section <br />1133oQ9. <br />Present: Yx. Carrig. Mr. Carrig showed drawing of proposed shed and plans <br />of yard. Mrs. Eian moved to gmant special permit for installation of 12ft. <br />x 8 ft. shed. Mr. Berglund seconded the motion. The motion was defeated <br />with Mrso Eian and Mr. Berglund voting yes and Mr. Tubbs voting No. <br />13• Appellant: William F. Kidd, ?.337 Coe Ave. Request for vari- <br />ance (1133.13 Request for 6 ft rear yard variance to enable <br />him to build patio with roof. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section <br />1163 which requires a 50 ft. rear yard. <br />Present: N`jrs. Wm. F. Kidd and builder. An 8 ft. variance is requested. <br />Pl.ans were exainined by Board Members. Plans are to tiet?t'patio <br />roof to existing roof and entire patio to be screened eventually. <br />Most of the neighbors have patioso Mr. Berglund moved to grant <br />8 ft. variance. Mrs. Eian seconded and the motion passed. <br />14. Appellant: Willy Franks, 4605 Burger Ave. Cleveland, Ohio. <br />Request for variance 1133.13). Request to build at L154 <br />Dover Center Rd. Request for 201 sq. ft. variance in viola- <br />tion of Ord, 62m33 Section 1157.01 (A. residence district) <br />Present: Mr. Franks. Plans were examined and £ound to be suitable for B <br />residence district. Mrs. Eian moved to continue case. at July <br />12 meetinge Mr. Berglund seconded and the motion pa.ssed. <br />Meeting adjourned at 11:10 p,m. <br />Virginia Hodgins, Secretary Wmo F.
