Mre Byers9 <br />representing IVorth Olmsted Planning Commission, Mr. Szitas, rlra <br />M:iller9 Mr. Hirsch and Mr. Kadar. <br />jniitnesses were adrrinistered the oath. Mr. Ola.yas explained plans for building, <br />stating that a second driveway is needed and that there will be a 20 ft. buffer <br />zone. Mr. Byers, Vice Chairman of rlanning Commission made statement for Plan- <br />ning Commission. Area neighbors objected prirrarily on the traffic problem. <br />It tiaas decided to continue this case in the July 12th meeting thus giving Board <br />members time to study the situationo <br />6. Kevin and Jean Culver, 23990 Mastick Road. Request for variance <br />1133013 Request 18 ine variance for fence on corner lot. Va.ri- <br />ance in violation of Ordo 62`33 Section 1151s04 Par. H limiting <br />height of front fence -to 30 incheso <br />Present: i,ir. and Mrs. Culver, Mr. and Mrs. Griffith. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Cu2ver explained why they need proposed fence. They own two dogs. <br />Mr. Griffith asked if dogs will be bred in this locationo The Culvers stated <br />they do not intend to raise dogs9 have a kennel or sell dogso Mr. Berglund <br />moved to grant 18 in. variance for fence on corner lots Mrs. Eian seconded <br />and the motion passed. <br />7. Robert Bemes, 6100 Paisley Dr. Request for variance (1133.13)• <br />Request t,o add to existing attached garage contrary to Ordo 62- <br />33 Sec. 1161.01 - distance between dvielling not less than 15 ft. <br />Presents 14r. Bemes. <br />Mr, Bemes stated that his garage is too shallow. With the addition the garage <br />will be 13 fta from neighbor. The neighbor does not object. Mrs. Eian moved <br />to grant 2 ft. variance to permit building of addition to existing garageo <br />Mr. Berglund seconded and the motion passed. <br />8. Dan Totire, 5796 Revere Dr. request for variance (1133013)• <br />Request to build patio and aluminum awning with 14 ft. rear <br />yard variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163, which re- <br />quires a 50 ft. rear yard. <br />Presents Mr. Totire and Mra Jelenich. <br />Witnesses were administered trn oath. Mr. Jelenich objects to the awning; <br />not to slab of concrete. The house faces west and Mr. Totire needs the shade. <br />Nfr. Tubbs suggested a camrass awning. Mr. Totire withdrew his request. <br />9. Crre or A. Birne , 23541 Stoneybrook Dr. Requesi; for variance <br />1133.13 Request for 10 ft. rear yard variance to enable him <br />to build patio enclosure. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section <br />1163.01, which requires a 50 £t. rear yard. <br />This case to be continued at July 12 meeting.
