Reque st is to build home at 4562 Michael Ave. giolation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1161.01 - distance between houses is not 15 ft. as required. Present: Mr. Bauer and Fred Bauex° and Mr. and Mrs. Neforos. inlitnesses were administered the oath. Home to be built is 5 bedroom split level on 60 ft. lot. There is lateral and rear access to swail for maintenance. Mr. Roberts moved to grant 22 fto variance on both sides. Mrs. Eian seconded and the motion passed. 16. Appellan-t: Weslee Schultz, 28406 Douglas Dr. Request for vari- ance (1133.13). Request is to build to:ol shed in violation of Ord. 62-33 Section1133.09 Presenta Nlr. Schultz, Mr. and Mrs. Kuten, Mr. Morgash, and Jos. Rozek. Witnesses were administered the oath. Proposed tool shed was described. It is to be 10 ftm xU ft. and 12 ft. from sic3e line and constructed of aluminum. There was some dispute regarding placement. The case will be continued. 17. Appellants Louis J. Palker, 5943 Porter Rd. Request for vari- anca (1133.13) Reque st is for special permit to build addition to non-conforming dwelling (residence of Richard F. Jones, 4299 Clague Rd.) Violation of Ordm 62-33 Section 1231.02. Present: Louis J. Palker. Addi-tion is to be 2 floor with family room on lst and bedroom on 2ndv Mr. Roberts moved to grant special permit fo r addition to non-conforming dwelling.
