Witnesses iaere admi.nistered the oath. <br />Mr. Esses described 12 ft. x 6 ft. high steel with galvanized roof shed he <br />wishes to erect 10 ft. from rear of house. lZr. Roberts moved to grant special <br />permit for tool shed to be located as shown in sketch. Mrs. Eian secorded the <br />motion. P4otion passed. <br />11. Appellant: Helen K. Bonney, 23442 Stoneybrook Dr. Request for <br />variance (11311.13) Request is for 12 ft rear yard variance to <br />permit building of aluminum screening patio enclosure. Viola- <br />tion of Ord. 62-33 Sec-tion 1163•01, which requires a 50 ft. rear yard. <br />Pr°esents Mrs. Bonney and Mrs. Saringer, Councilman. <br />Witnessas were administered the oatho Plan was described and it was stated by <br />the witnesses that the neighbors are satisfied with the plan. Mr. Hess described location of house on <br />property, bushes and trees on lotv He had discussed plan with neighbors and <br />and there were no objectionso The plan is for 8 ft. x 10 ft. 7 ft. 6 in. high <br />wood siding shed to be built by Mrm Hesse Nlrs. Eian moved to grant special <br />permit to erect tool shed. Mr. Roberts seconded and the motion passed. <br />13. Appellant: Shore West Construction Co.' 5996 Louis I?r. Request <br />for variance (1133.13). Request is for 5 ft. side line variance <br />at 4587 1•7ichael Ave. Reque st is i n v iolation of Ord. 62-33 Sec- <br />tion 1159.02 which requires 25 ft side yard on corner lot. <br />Present: Mr. Bauer and Fred Bauer. <br />Witnesses were administered the oath. Plot plans were explai ned. Value of <br />home to be built is $40,000 and is 1800 Sq. ft. split level. As niany trees <br />will be preserved as possible. 1,1ir. Roberts moved to grant 13 ft. varianceo <br />Mrs. Eian seconded and the motion passed.
