Board of Zoning Appeals April 5, 1972 <br />Present: Mr. Cifranic. <br />Mr. Cifranic was sworn in. He stated he wants and needs the tool shed and that <br />there is no objection from neighbors. He has a large lot. Corner of tool shed <br />will be visible only from driveway. D-irnentions are 10 ft. x 9 ft. x 6 ft. 6 in. <br />and with a 3 yr. guarantee. Mr. Berglund moved to grant the variance and stated <br />that the tool shed is to tie in with the landscaping. Mr. Roberts seco nded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />10. Appellant: Kenneth John Brandt, 23434 Westchester Dr. Request <br />for variance (1133.13) to install 5 ft. fence in back yard of <br />his property. ftequest is in violation of Ord. 62-33 section <br />1151.04 limiting height of fence to 4 ft. <br />Present: Mr. Brandt; Mr. and Mrs. Wallace, Mr. and Mrs. Boberg, Mr. Brown, Ms. <br />Harrington. Ten neighbors in all. <br />Witnesses were sworn in. The lot is 200 ft deep. Ms. Harrington suggested a <br />compromise. Mr. Brandt's backyard is on street side of Olcnsted Drive. Much <br />and many objections from all neighbors. The case was withdrawn. <br />Mr. Tubbs moved the meeting be adjourned. Mr. Roberts seconded the motion. <br />The three members present voted in favor and the motion passed. <br />Meeting adjourned atI0:30 p.m. <br />William Tubbs, Chairman <br />Virginia Hodgins, Secretary.
