Pzrker showed plzns for the addition and stated that he had talked with his next dvor neighbor and the neighbor had no objections to his proposed plan. Mr. Robcrts moved that the variznce be granted. Mr. Berg- l.urad secoMded and the motion passed unanimoasly. 10. Appellant: John R. Q'Neill, 4308 Bentlcy Dr. Request is for 10 ft. rear yard viriance to enable him to build addition to his home. Violation of Ord. 62-33 seation 1163.02 which rdquires 50 ft. rear yzrd depth. PreSent: John R. O'Neill, Albert Riessler, Mrs. Andrew Gutsohn, Wm. Kidd, Mr. A. F. Gzmon. Witnesses were sworn in. Mr. 0!Neill showed plzns fmr his addition. It is to be a 14' x 20' zddition. The nezrest neighbor has no objection. The house ends at the same distance from the lot line and the garages ZPC back to back. Mrs. Gut- sohn does object. She stzted that it takes away kier bzekyard, will be closer to her. Mr. Riessler stz'ted that the yard would be"large enough. Mr. Berglund cnoved to grant tlie 10 ft. rear yzrd variance,.seconded by Mrs. Eian.
