Mr. Sziler presented plans for a three-lane drive- <br />ulzy into this property. He 5tates that the one 3 lane dr3.ve is better thzn two <br />separate 2].ane drive-wags. It will praQide z more pleasant and desirable cntry. <br />There is no entrznce from Brookpark Rd. 5ome evergreen trees will be sp2red if <br />one drigewzy is used. Mr. Roberts moved to dex?y the request. He suggested thzt the plzns <br />be redrawn with the 2 drives and presented to Planning Commissian. If Plannirig <br />Commissicn requires a variznce it czn be returned to the Zoning Bozrd. Motiott <br />was seconded by Mrg. Eian. The motion passed unanimously. <br />9• Appellant: Richard J. iarker, 6304 Stzfford Dr. Requcst for 13 <br />inch sidc yard variance to enable him to rrake an addition to his <br />home. Violztion of Ord. 62-33 Section 1159.02 which requiress 25 <br />ft. side yzrd. <br />Present: Riehzrd J. Parkar <br />Mr. Pzrkcr wzs sworn in. Nlr. Pzrker showed plzns for the addition and stated <br />that he had talked with his next dvor neighbor and the neighbor had no objections <br />to his proposed plan. Mr. Robcrts moved that the variznce be granted. Mr. Berg- <br />l.urad secoMded and the motion passed unanimoasly. <br />10. Appellant: John R. Q'Neill, 4308 Bentlcy Dr. Request is for 10 <br />ft. rear yard viriance to enable him to build addition to his <br />home. Violation of Ord. 62-33 seation 1163.02 which rdquires <br />50 ft. rear yzrd depth. <br />PreSent: John R. O'Neill, Albert Riessler, Mrs. Andrew Gutsohn, Wm. Kidd, Mr. <br />A. F. Gzmon. <br />Witnesses were sworn in. Mr. 0!Neill showed plzns fmr his addition. It is to be <br />a 14' x 20' zddition. The nezrest neighbor has no objection. The house ends at <br />the same distance from the lot line and the garages ZPC back to back. Mrs. Gut- <br />sohn does object. She stzted that it takes away kier bzekyard, will be closer to <br />her. Mr. Riessler stz'ted that the yard would be"large enough. Mr. Berglund <br />cnoved to grant tlie 10 ft. rear yzrd variance,.seconded by Mrs. Eian. Mr. Berglund, <br />Mrs. Eian and Mr. Tubbs voted yes taith Mr. Roberts voting no.
