Variance required under Ord. 62-33 section 1231.02 B-2. <br />Request is f or building at 24250 Lorzin Rd. <br />Present: Jzmes Long znd Burton Sock. This ezse was Y1CAPd zt this time as the <br />representatives of Ground Round hzd to cztch a plane. Witnesses were <br />sworn in. It was stzted that Ground Round is a division of Howard <br />JohnSOn. Plans were shown for changing the roof, taking down cupola <br />building new entrance, e`nlarging the dining a.rea by making smaller <br />kitchen.. Mr. Roberts moued that st 211 variance-for special permit <br />as defined in the prints be grznted. Mr. Berglund seconded the mo- <br />tion. Motion passed uranimously. <br />5. Hennie Homes - Request for 3' variance ori the side yard for residenee <br />to be built in Sandy Ridge #6 between Blossom Bled. and Szunders I,ane. <br />Request is in violation of Ord. 62=33, Section 1159.02 u?hich requires <br />25' side yard. <br />Present: Walter Welke, office mznager of Hennie Homcs. The witness was sworn <br />in. He presentdd the Edgepzrk model plan. This as a 52' wide homc. <br />There zre four bedroom homes in the area. With the 3' variance the <br />home will still be 6' from the property line. Mr. Berglund moved <br />to grant a 31 side yard vzriance.
