Hritz explained his plans to enlarge his Home <br />by enclosing a 6 ft. x!t ft. porch attached to his house. Ntr. Roberts moved <br />to grant a 17 ft. rea,r yard variance and a 141 ft. house to gzrage variznce <br />with appropriate fire wall protection. Mrs. Eizn seconded. Request <br />for variance required by Ord. 1133.13 to build temporary slag <br />drive zt 4864 Dover Center R.d. Request is in violztion of Ord. <br />62-33 Section 1213.04. <br />Prescnt: Bzrney Schwarzer, Mrs. Herman Cobler, Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Kraft, <br />Councilman 3.'rokasy. Witnesscs were sworn in. Mr. Schwarzer ex- <br />plained thzt mistakes had been made 3n planning the area. In the present <br />plan tenants' pzrking is sometimes blocked by trucks unlozding. He requests <br />the sla,g until building zddition is built some 60to 8 months hence.
