Also rcquests 3 ft side yard vzriance as required by Ord. 62-33 Sec. 1161.01 Present: Raymond L. Dress and Lafrcd Clauss. Witnesses were sworn in. Plans were presented. Mr. Clauss, the nezrest neighbor, ob3ects because proposed building is too close to his home and would shut off his view and some of the light. It was voted to continue this case in April so the Board will have time to look at t,he property. 7. Appellant: George Hritz, 23014 Clifford Dr. Request for specizl permit to build addition to non-conforming building in violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1231.02 znd Section 1163.01, front and back setback and sidaline. Also requests variance in regzrd to dig- tance from house to garage in viol.ztion of Ord. 62-33 3ection 1151.0L pzr. C requiring 20 feet between houWe znd garage. Present: Mr. Georgc Hritz and Mrs. Ja.net Saringer, Councilmzn znd T. B. Sanders. Witnesses were sworn in. Nr. Hritz explained his plans to enlarge his Home by enclosing a 6 ft. x!t ft. porch attached to his house. Ntr. Roberts moved to grant a 17 ft. rea,r yard variance and a 141 ft. house to gzrage variznce with appropriate fire wall protection. Mrs. Eizn seconded. The three mem- bers present voted in fzvor and the motion passed. 8. Appellznt: Ba,rney Schwa.rzer, Pres. West River I,and Co. Request for variance required by Ord. 1133.13 to build temporary slag drive zt 4864 Dover Center R.d. Request is in violztion of Ord. 62-33 Section 1213.04. Prescnt: Bzrney Schwarzer, Mrs. Herman Cobler, Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Kraft, Councilman 3.'rokasy. Witnesscs were sworn in. Mr. Schwarzer ex- plained thzt mistakes had been made 3n planning the area. In the present plan tenants' pzrking is sometimes blocked by trucks unlozding. He requests the sla,g until building zddition is built some 60to 8 months hence.
