Old 13usiness <br />Mr. Leonard asked hov parking requirements are established for off <br />street parkingo The 7- 11 store is serving hot dogs and there is <br />not enough parking for this kind of facilityo He also asked if <br />they have a Food service licensev i'4ro Gundy will check with the <br />County Health Office and report back to Planning Commission. <br />V. New Developments and Subdivisions <br />(a) Mr. Ransbury presented Homberg suUdivision (viartin DrivE <br />near Oring Drive) consisting of ti&lo lots each U?ith 111.7 <br />ft. frontage. Request is to move center line over to ac- <br />commodate existing structure; to be x residential. vJr. <br />Byers moved to approve the relocation of lot line to make <br />two lots; one of U340 ft. and the other 80 ft. Nir. E,l- <br />liott seconded and the motion passed unanimouslye <br />(b) Nlr. Ransbury presented Lhackelton Subdivision (Broxbourne <br />and Overbrook). Request is to change two lots fronting on <br />Overbrook to three lots facing on Broxbourne. These will <br />be 60 ft. lots in C residence district. There are no exist- <br />ing structures on lots9 it is in an undeveloped area. Mr. <br />Brewer moved to apprave the plan as submitted., seconded by <br />NIr.. Byers and passed unanimously. <br />VI. Communications - There were no communications <br />VII. Committee Reports - There were no committee reports <br />, <br />VIII. New 3usiness <br />t?ir. Adjournment <br />Nir. Leonard moved Planning Commission vacation be extendEd until <br />Sept. 266 lZr. Richards seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />6- 1 with Chairman Davis voting no. <br />Nir.
