Question was asked if Lot _ <br />#1 is buildable. Answer is yeso Lot #9 is undersize and <br />is lacated adjacent to fi residence. Fteference -was made to <br />March 14, 1972 Planning Commission mir.utes. Planned are <br />56 two bedroom units and 8 single family 1ots. Review <br />of case was given. Clague Road property was purchased <br />to provide entrance to me-Itifamily; providing two road- <br />ways. Committee is needed to review plan proposal, min- <br />utes cf i'Iarch 714 and 28, 1972, drainage from multifamily <br />into retention basin located in private residential, and <br />driveway. Density has been reduced. The 40 ft. from <br />Brookpark Road i.s right on the line. 71sewhere variance <br />is needed. ivtre Brewer moved to place in commitee.
