Mr. Brewer moved to continuea Mre Tisch- ler seconded and motion passede V. New Developments and Subdivisions - No Items VI. Communications - Referral of Proposed Recreation Center to Planning Commissiono (a) The proposed plan received by members differs from public hearing proposal. Councilman Frokasy was present and ex- plained additions and deletions to plan by different groups; also cost difference. Site location is for Planning Com- mission to approve. Chairman Davis suggested ioint meeting of Planning Commission and Council for funding questions and location questions. Mr. Elliott moved item be tabled pend- ing joint session with Council which is to be set up as special meeting of Planning Commissiona Time is to be 7a00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 30, 1973 for said special meeting. Mr. Brewer seconded and motion passedo (b) Mro Tischler moved the Recording Secretary write to the President of the Council requesting 30 day extension on Columbia Village. Motion was seconded by Mr. Elliott and passed, (c) Chairman Davis instructed the Recording Secretary to write the President of Council and the Clerk of Council regard- ing meeting October 10. VII.
