Plan <br />is to subdivide Marathon property. Plan was rejected by Planning <br />Commission 11-27-73. Proposed building to be 5 ft. from property <br />line and is to be 17,000 sqo ft. where 25,000 .sqe fto is required. <br />Mrs. Eian moged to deny request for proposed subdivision and re- <br />quest for variance. Violations of Ordinance 62-33 Section 1163.01 requiring 50 <br />ft. rear yard. <br />Present: Philemon J. Tedeschi, Mike Stefanic, Henry Stearns, D. J. <br />Caldwell and assistant. Witnesses were administered the <br />oath. <br />Mr. Duskey was shown site location and realized his error in stating <br />there was lack of notification of proper parties involved. Witnesses <br />present were property;owners adjacent to S/Z 4 and S/L 5. However <br />other property owners adjoining S/L 3 and S/L 2 may have left the <br />meeting when announcement was made earlier. <br />L shaped split level homes valued at $403000 are proposed; 18,000 <br />sq. ft. living area plus garage.
