Request for variance (1133.13)0 Re- <br />quest for 90 sqo ft. variance and front setback variance to conform with <br />neighbors. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Sections 1153.03 and 1159.01. <br />Present: Mr. Dubber, Mr. Shackelton, tvlre Grentzer, 14r, Wolfe, Mr. and <br />14rs. Kearny and other. <br />Witnesses were administered the oath. Mr. Roberts read the case. 14r. <br />Shackelton explained location of other neighborhood dwellings. 15 ftv <br />variance would locate house in line with others. Petition of objection <br />was presented. Discussion included concern about lowering standard of <br />area, technicalities of house moving, poor condition of street since <br />sewers were installed. Question before the board is one of setback and <br />square foot requirements. Inasmuch as some participants were not noti- <br />fied of first hearing Mr. Tubbs moved to refer back to Building Board <br />for proper notification. Mrs. Eian seconded and motion passed. <br />4. Frank A. Bontempo, 23871 Lucille Dr. Request for variance (1133•13). Re- <br />quest for special permit to erect tool shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33 <br />Section 1133.09. <br />Present: Mr. Bontempo who was administered the oath. Case was read. <br />size and location of tool shed were described. Ntr. Duskey moved to <br />approve requiring tool shed be built 10 ft. from side line and land- <br />scaped. Mr. Tubbs seconded and motion passed. <br />5m West Side Federal Savings and Loan, 21500 Lorain Rd., Fairview ?ark, 0. <br />Request for variance (1133e13)a Request to alter, renovate and modern- <br />ize existing concrete block building at 2M1a53 Lorain Rd. Special <br />permit required by Ord. 62-33 Section 1231.02 sub paragraph '$Bpt 2. <br />Present: Mr. Eisner, Corporate Secretary of lniest Side Federal. Witness <br />was administered the oath. Mr. Roberts read ease and explanation. The <br />building does not have 50 ft. set back (39 ft. at closest point). Pro- <br />posal is for approximately 6 years depending on growth of North Olmsted <br />and then perhaps a different building. 0259000 is cost of alteration. <br />$250,000 is cost of new building. Mr. Tubbs moved to grant special permit <br />to West Side Federal Savings and Loan to alter, renovate and modernize per <br />specifications for period of three years at which time structure is plan- <br />ned to be removed. Mrs.Eian seconded and motion passed. <br />6. Tom Nemyo, 21861 Sherwood Dr., Fairview Fark request for variance(1133e13). <br />Request to subdivide two proper-cies on Lorain Rd. (26101 Lorain Rd. Viola- <br />tion of Orde 62-33 Section 1174.07. <br />?resent: Tom Nemyo and Jerry Baker. I?Titnesses were administered the oath. <br />Plan is to correct jog in property line. Floor covering retail store is <br />to become occupant. Mcl+ean Car Wash is and will continue to be occupant of <br />portion of property. Mr. Hamill moved to grant variance of 15 ft. on Lo- <br />rain Rd. as specified for subdivision of two properties.
