Board of Zoning Appeals 11-8-73 - 3- 7. T. H. McMinn, 24229 for special permit 1133009. Carla Lane request for variance (1133.13). Request to erect tool shede Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section Presentr W. Spaulding representing Mr. McMinn, Mr. and Mrs. McMinn, Mrs. Saringer, Mrso Wheatcraft, Mr. Hancik, Mra Dannies and otherso Witnesses were administered the oath., July 25 was former hearing of this case be- fore this Board. Tool shed was erected without a permit, is unattractive. Tool shed was high school industrial arts projecto There are some tool sheds in neighborhood, smaller and better construction. Hearing before the court this month regarding tearing down of tool shed. There has been no change since July 25 meeting when structure was denied. Mr. Tubbs moved to continue the caseg seconded by Mro Duskey and passed. 8. Request to build Worship Program Center for North Olmsted United Methodist Church on property adjacent to and north of L632 Dover Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request for special permit as required by Ord. 62-33 Sections 1151.01 and 1133.12. Present: Jack Esgar and neighbors. Witnesses were administered the oath. Mro Esgar explained plans and parking layout. Location was defined. Mr. Tubbs moved to approve contingent to notification of Benwood residents. Case to be reheard if neighbors object. Mr. Hamill seconded and motion passed. 9. The Hennie Corpo, 28867 Lorain Rd. Request for variance (1133•13)• Re- quest for 7 fts front setback variance at 6054 Dorothy Dr. Violation of Qrd. 62-33 Section 1159.01. Present: Mike Dellavella. UJitness was administered the oath. N1r. Roberts read case and explanation. Road curves making variance necessary. Mr. Tubbs moved to grant 7 ft. variance. Mrm Hamill seconded and motion passed. 10. Halleen A. M. C. Inc. 27730 Lorain Rd. request for variance (1133.13). Re- quest to display automobiles within setback area on permanent parcel 232- 10-62. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1174.02. Present: Carl Halleen, Mrsv Brown and Mr. Elliotto Witnesses were admini- stered the oath. Appellant has two year lease on property. Cars to be dis- played in set-back area. Discussion was held regarding used car displays. Mre Tubbs moved to grant variance t.angling 20 ft. on western side back to 7 ft. on east side of property providing it does not go b6.hind or equal to Dr. Lewis' building; which6ver is less. Area is to be grassed. Mr. Hamill seconded and motion passede 11. Richard H. Porter, 28222 North Park Dr. request for variance (1133.13).
