Tool shed was erected without a permit, is unattractive. <br />Tool shed was high school industrial arts projecto There are some tool <br />sheds in neighborhood, smaller and better construction. Hearing before <br />the court this month regarding tearing down of tool shed. There has been <br />no change since July 25 meeting when structure was denied. Mr. Tubbs <br />moved to continue the caseg seconded by Mro Duskey and passed. <br />8. Request to build Worship Program Center for North Olmsted United Methodist <br />Church on property adjacent to and north of L632 Dover Rd. Request for <br />variance (1133.13). Request for special permit as required by Ord. 62-33 <br />Sections 1151.01 and 1133.12. <br />Present: Jack Esgar and neighbors. Witnesses were administered the oath. <br />Mro Esgar explained plans and parking layout. Location was defined. Mr. <br />Tubbs moved to approve contingent to notification of Benwood residents. <br />Case to be reheard if neighbors object. Mr. Hamill seconded and motion <br />passed. <br />9. Request for variance (1133•13)• Re- <br />quest for 7 fts front setback variance at 6054 Dorothy Dr. Violation of <br />Qrd. 62-33 Section 1159.01. <br />Present: Mike Dellavella. UJitness was administered the oath. N1r. Roberts <br />read case and explanation. Road curves making variance necessary. Mr. <br />Tubbs moved to grant 7 ft. variance. Mrm Hamill seconded and motion passed. <br />10. Halleen A. M. C. Inc. 27730 Lorain Rd. request for variance (1133.13). Re- <br />quest to display automobiles within setback area on permanent parcel 232- <br />10-62. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1174.02. <br />Present: Carl Halleen, Mrsv Brown and Mr. Elliotto Witnesses were admini- <br />stered the oath. Appellant has two year lease on property. Cars to be dis- <br />played in set-back area. Discussion was held regarding used car displays. <br />Mre Tubbs moved to grant variance t.angling 20 ft. on western side back to <br />7 ft. on east side of property providing it does not go b6.hind or equal to <br />Dr. Lewis' building; which6ver is less. Area is to be grassed. Mr. Hamill <br />seconded and motion passede <br />11. Richard H. Porter, 28222 North Park Dr. request for variance (1133.13). Porters had moved to North Park Dr. before the street was dedi- <br />catedo Neighbors present abject to cutting up lot. It was stated the <br />area had recently been zoned from B to A.
