Zoning Board of Appeals 9-12-73 <br />- 2 - <br />Case was reado Construction is completed. Variance is needed to <br />comply with the ordinance. The Board desires to look at whole <br />neighborhood. Mr. Tubbs moved to continue the case. Mr. Hamill <br />seconded and motion to continue passed unanimously. <br />5. Milton R. & Edith G. Lauver, 28385 Holly Dr. Request for vari- <br />ance (1133.13). Request for 31? ft. rear yard variance. Viola- <br />tion of Qrd. 62-33 Section 1163.01 which requires a 50 ft. rear <br />yard. <br />Present: Mr. and Mrs. Lauver. Witnesses were administered the <br />oath. Ntr. Roberts read the case. Plans kere explained. House <br />is non-conforming because of corner. It is a 66 fto long house <br />with 12 ft. deep patio; and is 15 years old. Mr. Hamill moved <br />to grant the variance. Mrs. Eian seconded and motion passed. <br />6. Hennie Homes. Request for variance (1133•13)• Request for,8 ft. <br />rear yard variance on permanent parcel 235-7-35, 5642 Dorothy Dr. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33 5ection 1:163.01 which requires a 50 fto <br />rear yardm <br />Presente Walter Welkeo VTitness was administered the oath. Cus- <br />tomer for house has requested redwood deck outside master bedroom. <br />P'lrs. Eian moved to grant 8 ft. variance. Mr. Tubbs secanded and <br />motion passed. <br />7. I,ot was described. <br />Several suggestions for improving plan were made by Board members. <br />1'?iro Tubbs moved to grant 9 ft. 10 in. side ,yard variance. Mr. <br />Hamill seconded.
