Zoning Board of Appeals 9-12-73 <br />-3- <br />Present: Mra Qlayas, Eli Manos, Messrs Gavin, Zlieldon, Councilmen <br />Saringer and Boehmer; and many neighbors. Witnesses were admini- <br />stered the oath. 17r. Manos presented design for medical office <br />building (h floars, 50 ft. setback, 100 ft. wide building, 36 <br />units) and site plan. There are to be no drive exits or entrances <br />on Gessner Rd. Planned are 180 parking spaces, 50 of which are on <br />presently zoned residential area. Mrs. Saringer stated the June <br />meeting had people here and were told case was not to be heard <br />and some who were not notified this time are here by word of mouth. <br />Council will try to establish guidelines for medical buildings. <br />Mro Boehmer agreed with Yirs. Saringero There is problem with <br />sewers. There is no study of drainage. He further stated neigh- <br />bors are sick and tired of seeing residential areas going commercial. <br />Aqrse Saringer further stated there is building moratorium in the area, <br />because of the sewer problem. A:.Zl neighbors present objected to the <br />plan. Mr. Tubbs moved to deny request for variance. Mrs. Eian <br />seconded and motion passed. <br />Njr.
