Board of Loning Appeals 6-20-73 - 2- on south side and 50 ft. on north side of property to shield from lift station. Mrs. Eian seconded and motion passed. 4. James Cooney - withdrawn. 5. Richard Amos, 25059 Gessner Rd. Request for variance (1133013) Request for special permit to build addition to non-conforming dwelling. (Rear yard is 36 ft.). Violation of Ord. 62-33 Sec- tion 1231.02. Presenta Mr. Amos and Nirs. Pfisterero tiaitnesses were administer- ed the oath. Mr. Scheeff read the case. Addition is to be on the side of dwelling. Witnesses were administered the oath. Case was read. Single car attached gar- age will leave 10 ft. between structures and 5 ft. between garage and property line. Mrs. Hiros does not object. Mr. McCrone does object because it will be the only attached garage on the street (it was pointed out there are a fev others on larger lots) and lot is small, 43 ft. x 250 ft. 22 Ft. long garage is proposed. Uiolation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04 limit- ing height of fence to 4 ft. Present: i`2r. and Nirs. Homorodi. Witnesses were administered the oath. Case was read. Appellants wish to enclose kitchen and patio from vietia of passersby with 3 sections of 8 ft. each fence. Map was studied for location of property. Fence is to be located 8 ft. inside property line.
