Neighbors do not objecto 10 <br />fto addition to garage is for storage and is 25 ft. from neigh- <br />bors' houseo Mr. Roberts moved to grant 10 ft. variance for <br />placement of garage and special permit for addition to garage. <br />Mrs. Eian seconded and motion passed. <br />10m Harold J. Vonderau, ?L50 Silverdale. Request for variance (1133.13) <br />Request for 65 ft. variance for square footage in Class B District. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1153.01. <br />Present: Messrs. Vonderau and Waterburye UJitnesses were admini- <br />s-tered the oath. Chr. Scheeff read case and explanation of same. <br />Two similar homes have been built in area. Detached garage is <br />planned. 10 ft. sideline on one side and 8 ft. sideline on the <br />other side are shown in plans. Split level home is planned. <br />Mr. Roberts moved to grant 65 sq. ft. variance in Class B dis- <br />tricte Mrso Eian seconded and motion passed. <br />11. T. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04 <br />limiting height of fence to 4 ft. <br />Present: Mr. Shelep. Tnritness -vaas administered the oath. Chr. <br />Scheef read the case and the appeal. 4 sections of 32 ft. f.ence <br />are being requested to insure safety and privac,y for swimming pool. <br />Property is located at northwest corner of Kew and Wisteria. Pool <br />is 4 ft. above ground. Mr. Roberts suggested 5 ft* fence. Mr. <br />Roberts moved to grant 5 ft. basketweave fence around pool area <br />with 15 ft. length on east side and 15 ft. length on north side. <br />Mrs. Eian seconded and motion passed. <br />12. Mr. and hIrs. John A. Then Sr., 3887 Canterbury Rd. Request for <br />variance 1133.13, Request for special permit to build addition <br />to non-conforming dwellinge Permission required by Ord. 62-33 <br />Section 1231.02. <br />Present: Mr. Then and Mr. Perry. TAJitnesses were administered the <br />oath. Chr. Scheeff read case and explanation thereof. Setback of <br />146 ft. rnakes dwelling non-conforminge 7 ft. x 13o6 ft. addii:ion <br />for bedroom is planned. Addition will square out the house. Lot <br />is 95 ft. x 650 ft.
