Mr. Hamill moved to grant variance of 6 ft. <br />Mr. Duskey seconded and motion passed. <br />8. Benno H. & Sandy Kaufmann, 4120 Clague Rda Request for variance (1133• <br />13 m, Request to build additio n to non-conforming dwelling. Violation of <br />Orda 62-33 Section 1231.02. <br />Present: Mr. Kaufmanno Mr. Scheeff read request for benefYt of neighbors <br />who were present. Planned is 22 ft. x 22 ft. addition in rearo 180 ft* <br />setback is non-conforming. Neighbors do not object. Mr. Duskey moved to <br />grant approval for special permito 14rs. Eian seconded and motion passed. <br />Messrs. Duskey, Hammill, and Scheeff voted aye. Mrs. Eian voted aye and <br />Mr. Roberts abstained. <br />9. Witnesses were administered the oath. NIr. Scheeff read <br />case and reason for request. Letters, police report and picttm es of rear <br />yards were read and examined. Friedels have raised pigeons for 18 years. <br />Neighbors did not notice pigeons until a year ago when additional accom- <br />modations for pigeons were rnadea Case to be continued.
