Violation of Ordo 62-33 <br />Section 1133.09. <br />Present: Ntr. and Mrs. Maddaluno and Councilman James Boehmer. irlitnesses <br />vere administered the oath. Mrm Scheef read the case and examined site <br />plan. 120 ft. from house is to be location of tool shed. Neighbors have <br />been consulted. Tool shed is to be 16 ft. xe 12 ft. x 7 ft. 6 in. high <br />is to be built of cedar by the owner. There are trees on the lot. Mra <br />Roberts moved to grant special permit for tool shed 10 fte off rear <br />property line and with appropriate landscaping. NLrs.
