Deckere The witnESS Vaas administered the oath. The <br />Chairman read request. Shed is to be used for storage of garden tools <br />nearer the garden area on 360 ft. deep lot. There are a few small trees, <br />chain link ience along lot line and some tool sheds in the area. Mr. Hami1J_ <br />moved to grant variance for tool shed vith proper landscaping. ifirso Eian <br />seconded the motion. lfotion passed -with Mr. Hamill, 1,1rsm Eian and Mrm Scheef <br />voting in favor and ivir. Roberts questioned <br />parking, office hours and length of time Dr. Schmidt has been practicing in <br />this location4 Mro Roberts moved to extend variance to Dr. Arthur Schmidt <br />at 5135 Dover Center Rd. to permit him to acquire an associate and to re- <br />strict to his use only.
