Vincent De Paola. <br />Mr. John Roberts called the meeting to ordera <br />Fresent: Niessrso Roberts, Berglund and De Paola and Mrs. Eian. <br />Also T'resent: Mro Gundy, Building Commissioner; Mrs. Hodgins) Reca SEC9y. <br />Councilmen Speedling and Saringer. <br />Acting Chairman Roberts read requests from letter of attorney for Parker <br />Henolds. The Glubhouse will house pool appurtenances. <br />Engineering plans have been approvede Council will approve subject to <br />Zoning Board approvals The architect said plans for clubhouse are L2' <br />x40 '- -201 x 1tOt is to be community room; rear for lavatories, kitchen <br />and pool appurtenances. 2d floor is for arts and crafts room. It is to <br />be of masonry structure. Great Northern Estates has easement to use <br />Country Club private drive. Clubhouse is to be located 200 ft. from <br />Victoria Plaza, it is the southern end of the 5hur-Biskind pronerty. <br />Mrs. Eian movEd to grant special permit to build pool and clubhouse. <br />Mr. Berglund seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
