Berglund moved for 2 ft. variance on the north to enable Mr. Bednar to build addition to house; 1 ft. variance on east side for 21 ft. x 21 ft. garage; 5 ftm rear yard variance for proposed addition to house; 3 ft. variance for proposed addition to garage.
