}302rd of Zoning Apgeals 10-2-74 <br />- CR - <br />Present: Mr. McCulley. Case and appeal were read. Witness was administer- <br />ed the oath. Plans were examined. Mr. Iiedvina moved to approve. <br />Mr. Tubbs seconded. Motion passed. <br />10. Dennis Stokes - Columbia Village. Request for variance (1133.13)• Request <br />for buffer strip variance for Columbia Village Apartments (permanent par- <br />cels 231-36-3 and 231-36-12). Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1203.05. <br />Present: Dennis Stokes, Mr. and Mrs. Heyduk, Mr. and Mrs. Janik, Mrs. <br />Herman, John ZA;ithers, Councilman Goggin and others. Case was <br />read. Letter from Mra Stokes to Zoning Soard was read. VJit- <br />nesses were administered the oath. Mixed multiple zoning criteria <br />was discussed. Area is rezoned to mixed use. 80 ft. buffer strip <br />variance is requested. Error was found after approval of pre- <br />liminary plans granting 20 ft. buffer strip. After error was de- <br />termined move was made to reconsider approval. Procedurally this <br />Board is last place for request. It was felt by Board members <br />they should defer decision in order to give Board members time <br />to digest information. Rev. Withers said he approves this dea <br />velopment for this location as second only to private residences. <br />Herman property is zoned commercial and is in commercial zone. <br />Mr. Tubbs moved to continue. Mr. yedvina seconded and motion <br />passed. <br />NIr.
