Request seems to be for logical location. <br />Mr. Tubbs moved to grant 15 ft. front set back variance. <br />Mr. Roberts seconded and motion passed unanimously. <br />Chairman Hamill read second request for this parcel. Request <br />is to build 1,008 sq. ft. one story dwelling. Code calls for <br />1,100 sq. ft. Mr. Tubbs moved to grant 92 sq. ft. variance <br />on sub lot 13. Privacy fence is needed to cut out view of neighbor's <br />dogs. Mr. Hamill has inspected site and fence will be built in <br />swale and will not be quite as high as 6 ft. Mr. Tubbs moved to <br />grant 2 fto height variance for 6 ft. redwood fence along rear <br />property line for 16 ft. on southeast corner. I4r. Re- <br />quest for variance of 2 1/2 ft. on rear yard of non conforming dwellino. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163.01. <br />Present: Mre and Mrs. Breeden and their architect. Case and appeal were <br />read. UJitnesses were administered the oath. House is ranch on <br />a slab. Neighbors do not object. Mr. Roberts moved to grant <br />2 1/2 ft. variance. Mr. Ledvina seconded and motion passed. <br />8. Resubmission of Stern Swim?ning Pool request for variance (1133.13). Re- <br />quest for variance for 6 ft. chain link fence plus 1 ft. barbed wire ex- <br />tension on fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04 (G) and (H). <br />No one came forward. Fence is installed and barbed wire extension is in- <br />stalled. Citation has been issued. Six foot fence is legal on commercial; <br />barbed wire needs variance. Mr. Tubbs moved to reject request for 1 ft. <br />barbed wire fence extension. Mr. Ledvina seconded. Motion passed. <br />9. Thomas B.
