Board of Zoning Appeals 10-2-74 - 3- 4. U1m. W. Frick Building Co., 1540 Lorain St. Cleveland, Ohio. Request for variance (1133•13)• Request 15 ft. front setback variance on per- manent parcel #231-15-21 on W. 231st St. Violation of Orde 62-33 Sec- tion 1159.01. Also request for square footage variance on the same parcel. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1153•03• Present: Same persons as above. Case and appeal were read. Plans were examined. Request seems to be for logical location. Mr. Tubbs moved to grant 15 ft. front set back variance. Mr. Roberts seconded and motion passed unanimously. Chairman Hamill read second request for this parcel. Request is to build 1,008 sq. ft. one story dwelling. Code calls for 1,100 sq. ft. Mr. Tubbs moved to grant 92 sq. ft. variance on sub lot 13. Mr. Roberts seconded and motion passed unanimous- ly. 5. Kasmer J. Liska, 24097 Palm Dr. -Request for variance (1133e13)• ReQuest for special permission for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04. Presenta Mr. Liska. Case and appeal were read. 14r. Ledvina moved to continue. Mr. Roberts seconded. Messrs. Ledvina, Roberts and Tubbs voted aye. Mr. Hamill voted nay. Case Continued. 6. IkIm. M. Kuclo, 24859 Doe Dr. Request for variance (1133•13). Request for two ft. sideline variance for fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1161.01. Present: Mr. Kuclo. Case and appeal were read. Iditness was administered the oath. Privacy fence is needed to cut out view of neighbor's dogs. Mr. Hamill has inspected site and fence will be built in swale and will not be quite as high as 6 ft. Mr. Tubbs moved to grant 2 fto height variance for 6 ft. redwood fence along rear property line for 16 ft. on southeast corner. I4r. Roberts second- ed and motion passed unanimously. 7. Winston Breeden, Jr., 28673 Aspen Dr. Request for variance (1133.13). Re- quest for variance of 2 1/2 ft. on rear yard of non conforming dwellino. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163.01. Present: Mre and Mrs. Breeden and their architect. Case and appeal were read. UJitnesses were administered the oath. House is ranch on a slab. Neighbors do not object. Mr. Roberts moved to grant 2 1/2 ft. variance. Mr. Ledvina seconded and motion passed. 8. Resubmission of Stern Swim?ning Pool request for variance (1133.13). Re- quest for variance for 6 ft. chain link fence plus 1 ft. barbed wire ex- tension on fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04 (G) and (H). No one came forward. Fence is installed and barbed wire extension is in- stalled. Citation has been issued. Six foot fence is legal on commercial; barbed wire needs variance. Mr. Tubbs moved to reject request for 1 ft. barbed wire fence extension. Mr. Ledvina seconded. Motion passed. 9. Thomas B.
